- Fan letters and gifts can be delivered at any time, so please send them to the entertainment by mail.

- Please understand that food items are not accepted as gifts for such goods deteriorate over time.

- In-person visits will not be allowed to fans. Thus, please use the mail/parcel delivery/courier service.

Delivery is unavailable for items unlisted.   - Please be extra cautious in prior for contents that can easily be rot or damaged by external conditions (Food spoilage, breakage in transport of bottles), and items prone to deterioration such as cake (including sugar clay cakes) and flowers will not be accepted for support.   - If items have been added after you sent the registration form, please resend the form including the added items.

 

 

[ Period of support registration ]

- Starting date of registration will be after the publication of articles, or news posts through EDAM SNS(social media account) regarding the official confirmation of Sae Kyeong’s part in a film.

- E-mails sent on dates other than the registration period will not be received appropriately.

- Supports will proceed in order of e-mail arrival.

- Please be informed that wreath and studio supports may be limited depending on the space and period.

 

[ Cautions for support ]

- Please understand that we will not accept registrations and inquiries over phone.

- Our administrator will give you a separate reply after you submit the registration form, and only teams that finished coordinating the schedule with our administrator will be able to proceed with the support.

- Please make sure you submit through the corresponding e-mail address, for submissions made to other e-mail addresses will be invalidated.

- Support registrations will be accepted only if the submission is in accordance with the format given in the notice.

- Please note that some e-mails may remain unread depending on the e-mail account.

- Please share and discuss in prior such support activities progressed under Sae Kyeong’s name even if she doesn’t participate in person. (* Support activities progressed under her name including volunteer works, donations and advertisements)

- Please understand that proof shot and confirmation message for supports will not be provided separately. Please note that we deliver the supports directly to the actress as soon as we can once we receive it.
