[Guidance to Pre-Sale Ticket Purchase]

- Regarding the pre-sale ticket purchase for fan club, each member of IU official Fanclub <UAENA 5th> is allowed to purchase maximum one ticket of each session with a single ID.

- In order to prevent damages caused by resale or illegal trade not for the purpose of pure viewing, the deposit without a bankbook should be made by 23:59(KST) on the day of ticket purchase.

- Please keep in mind that none of ticket-related works such as ticket purchase, change is allowed from after the pre-sale ticket purchase for fan club ends till before the general ticket purchase starts.

- The pre-sale ticket purchase for fan club could be done without any special authentication process after logging in with the Melon Ticket ID used when joining IU official Fanclub <UAENA 5th>.

- In case of withdrawing from the Melon Ticket ID used for joining IU official Fanclub <UAENA 5th>, the pre-sale ticket purchase for fan club cannot be made.

- Even the members who have purchased the ticket through the pre-sale ticket purchase for fanclub, can also additionally purchase the tickets through the general ticket purchase within the limited number of tickets.

Each member is allowed to purchase maximum one ticket of each session with a single ID.

* General ticket purchase

Each person is allowed to purchase maximum four tickets of each session with a single ID (Including the number of pre-sale ticket purchase for fan club).

[Cautions for Ticket Purchase]

- In this performance, all the seats are reserved seats, and the ticket purchase can be made through its official site for purchase, ‘Melon Ticket’.

- Only the members of Melon Ticket site can make the ticket purchase.

- The ticket purchase for wheelchair seats can be made only through the telephone purchase at Melon Ticket Customer Center(1899-0042) from the morning on the next day of ticket open. (Operating hours: 09~18, KST)

- In terms of the matters related to fan club authentication error and purchase, make inquiries to Melon Ticket Customer Center. (1899-0042)

- The ticket purchasers of this performance are required to bring the detailed statement of ticket purchase(mobile or printed) and ID on the very day of performance. If not, it is not allowed to receive the ticket.

- The change/cancellation/refund of tickets are handled at the relevant site you purchased from within the fixed period by following the regulations. The change and refund of tickets are not allowed on the very day of performance.
